Oil prices in world markets on Monday declined to hit a U.S. stock market, reported Reuters.

As a result of trades on Monday index Dow Jones - the average movement of share prices the 30 largest U.S. industrial corporations - fell to its lowest level since May 1997.

April futures price for North Sea petroleum mix of mark Brent Crude Oil at London exchange ISE (InterContinental Exchange Futures) on the basis of trades fell by 1.32 dollars - up to 40.57 dollars per barrel.

At the New York Stock Exchange NYMEH (New York Merchantile Exchange) cost of the April futures on U.S. light crude oil mark Light Sweet Crude Oil fell by 1.59 dollars - up to 38.44 dollars per barrel.

It looks like even employees of oil companies might need instant payday loan to pay an unexpected bill as their hours have been cut.
